Quality System

Koch Heat Transfer Company has established, implemented and documented a quality system based on ASME requirements and complying with the European Standard ISO-9001:2008, according to which the Company has been certified by Lloyd’s Register. Koch Heat Transfer Company is authorized to use the: "U", "U2", "S"and "R" ASME stamps having implemented an effective quality control system which guarantees high quality levels.

As a global supplier of heat trasfer solutions, Koch Heat Transfer Company holds quality certificates to manufacture and certify pressure equipment according to Chinese and Korean Regulations.

Koch Heat Transfer Company is also registered with Achilles Joint Qualification System (JQS) and with First Point Assessment (FPAL) to supply equipment for the North Sea.

QA Manual, written QA procedures and work instructions are fully implemented and continuously updated within the Company. The highest quality of equipment is guaranteed by inspecting the materials and fabricated components during various manufacturing stages.

Koch Heat Transfer Company is also approved by major inspection authorities such as ABS, DNV, Bureau Veritas, TUV, I.S.P.E.S.L., etc, which regularly carry out inspections and audits on its premises.

In each location, teams of qualified NDT personnel perform shop UT (using straight and angle focalized probes), RT (x-ray and gamma-ray), MT (dry, wet and fluorescent) and all kinds of PT.
